We offer Integrated Informatics products and services, which span the entire drug discovery and development value chain. We offer more than 10 Database products,custom curation services in addition to Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics and IT consulting services. Few of the Database products we have include:- Kinases database, Phosphatases database, Proteases database, GPCRs database, NHRs database, Ion-Channel blockers database, Medicinal Chemistry database.
Medicinal Chemistry: Our Medicinal Chemistry team has exposure to several modern synthetic methods & reactions and rich experience in the synthesis of small molecules related to carbocycles & heterocycles.
The synthetic chemistry experience includes:- Generation of enolates using LDA or LHMDS & preparation of enamines. Pd based chemistry & various condensation reactions. Grignard & Wittig reactions, Protection & deprotection reactions. Handling of phosgene and cyanide reactions, Mitsonobu reactions. Chiral synthesis using chiral reagents or chiral catalysts and Liquid ammonia reactions. General reactions like oxidations, reductions using LAH, Dibal-H, hydrogenations including high-pressure types. Use of Carbohydrates & Amino acids in making chiral building blocks.
Clinical R&D :Our CRD facility has state-of-the-art lab for conducting bioequivalence studies with two spacious, state-of-the-art clinics and a well-equipped bioanalytical lab.
The services provided in this include:- Bioequivalence studies, Site management, Data management, Other miscellaneous services like Protocol preparation, Medical Writing, GCP/GLP Training.
