Under the heading of electronic grades, we are supplying solvents, acids/bases and etchant mixtures of diverse S, specially suited for the need of the modern microelectronic industry. These process chemicals are produced under clean room conditions and meet the microelectronic quality requirements such as particle absence and low metal traces.
