Success does not come at once. For this we have adopted Advanced & best Technology. To add to it we have our own Tanning Unit having installed with Imported machinery from world's best machine manufacturers, where raw leather is processed to Finished Leather using imported chemicals from Germany and Italy to the tune of 50% & rest from the Home market. As a result we are able to develop any type of leather in any colour at a very competitive price. Our production capacity of about 1800000 to 2000000 Square feet leather per month. But the huge demand of our products in the world market has inspired us to increase our production quantity.
TOOL BAGS UNIT
In our Tool Bags manufacturing unit we have 350 stitching machines to produce 75000 to 85000 tool bags per month. Our clients include major players like Home Depot, Wal Mart, Lowes Sears etc.
GARMENTS UNIT
At the moment we have 50 stitching machines imported from Japan, installed at our Garments manufacturing unit. We have production capacity of 4000 to 5000 Leather Jackets per month. Presently we are exporting to buyers like ADVANTAE (UK) & SAKI (Sweden) etc. We are planning to expand the Garment manufacturing capacity very soon. We are going to take the services of Professional Fashion Designers to expand the Garments range.
