Products :
We Manufacturers of UPS (ONLINE AND OFFLINE), DIES & MOULDS, Entry and Mirror type of Moulds for a wide rage of presses.A typical Mould is shown here and mainly consists of the following parts :- Moulds :- Base Plate Rise Block / Ejector Die Box / Matrix and Liners Upper / Lower Punches Isostatic Punches :- To ensure unifrom geometry, the same specific pressure is required throughout the the tile. The non uniform loading and consequent differences in specific pressure which invariably lead to differences in shrinkage, can cause geometric deformations, highly undesirable in tile production. The principle of Iso-static pressing using rubber and oil is now widely accepted as the best solution to achieve uniform density of packing. Iso-static punches have a special vulcanised rubber coating with small chambers underneath the squares formed by the ribs on the tile. These chambers are inter-connected and provide a channel for oil to flow. This way the pressure on the powder is exerted by a membrane tensioned over an oil-filled chamber. If the powder has lightening density on two different squares due to non-uniform loading, the same hydraulic pressure will be reached throughout the system as a result of the hydraulic principle of communicating vessels. When Iso-static Punches are inter-connected, they further enhance effectiveness in all the mould cavities. Services :- GeeePee produces a variety of maintenance services for parts and tools. We provide :- Services for regeneration of moulds, punches and liners. -Service support in terms of spares and technicians to rectify defects in Presses. -Services for regeneration of Clay-Feed-Carriages for better loading conditions.
