We are proud to introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of Polyurethane & Rubber cast parts based at Hyderabad.

Castings are made from various types of material/liners like Rubber, Mn Steel, Stainless Steel, UHMW, Polyethylene, Ni-hard, Basalt, Ceramics, Mild steel etc., Each has got its own limitations, which restrict their usage.

In the recent years, Excellthane Polyurethane, a petrochemical product has emerged as a viable alternative, worldover. To all the above products both in quality, strength and cost effectiveness. Polyurethane is an elastomer that bridges the gap between extensible rubber items and rigid plastics. Further, it has an excellent abrasion resistant, corrosion- erosion impact, ageing, water absorption, ozone, hydrolysis growth, heavy load bearing Shock absorption etc., which will give extended years of performance.

The important raw material ? Polyurethene is imported from U.S. And casting of parts are done as per the specification of the clients. CLASSIC has the expertise and technical knowhow to manufacture castings in the ranges between 10 deg.Shore A to 70 deg.Shore D hardness.

All the products manufactured at CLASIC are tested througly to ensure correct formulation, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Hardness and Peel strength. Tests are also carried out to ensure lining adhesion to the parent material.

CLASSIC has the right technology, manufacturing facilities and technical manpower to meet the requirements of its clients.
