A Virtual Global Delivery Center:- 1)Dedicated, customer approved technology resources (Microsoft .Net, J2EE, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase), Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, VMS etc), and Applications (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.), Mobile Platforms.) 2)Facilities, infrastructure, and management support. 3)Software development tools and processes Additional ramp up/ramp down functionality for small periods of time. 4)On demand use of i-Vantage experts (technical architects, quality assurance, project managers, transition managers etc.) Subsidiary Solution:-We offers a full service offshore subsidiary creation and management offering that helps companies establish, build, staff, and run a successful offshore subsidiary. This offering is further divided into the following "ala carte" services: 1.Subsidiary Setup:-We creates the subsidiary for our customers in an end-to-end manner (including filings, bonding, permits etc.) and staffs it with resources (customer employees) per customer specifications. 2.Subsidiary Management:-Management services include, Facilities and Office Management, Legal Management, Human Resources, Accounts and Financial Management, Transportation and Logistics Management.
