Commercial shrimp aquaculture is gaining popularity world over as potential food supply industry. Due to increasing demand for marine shrimp in international market, many aquaculture countries are producing this most commercial species on intensive scale. Shrimp aquaculture is attaining status of profit making venture due to geographical, political suitability and adoption of new technologies. Albeit, there are many obstacles farmers have to face for maximizing productivity.
