Mansal is a company with expertise and experience in accounts, internal & management audit and Taxation, and also in other areas of consultancy in finance, financial management, NRI portfolio management and investment.

The Company has also carried out internal audit for several corporate clients, including management audits and setting up & evaluation of existing internal control systems for various areas, divisions, departments and organisations, and has formulated MIS report statements, internal control procedures and rules.

Due diligence audit of corporate clients has also been carried out by the company for various purposes including take-overs and strategic alliances.

The company has also undertaken financial feasibility studies, financial restructuring and preparation of detailed project reports for various industries ranging from industrial products to hotels.

The company offers a complete range of services to NRI's/OCB's and other foreign companies in setting up companies in India and obtaining various permissions including FIPB and other clearances.
