UNI-SANKYO LIMITED, the first ever Indo-Japanese joint venture, was established in 1969. In the years following its founding, the Company expanded its activities and evolved as the manufacturer of Fermentation & Biotechnology products in the country. Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin and Spores of Lactic Acid Bacillus are the two bulk drugs, in which, we are pioneers in India.
We, at Uni-Sankyo, owe a great deal of our success to the enduring strength of Sankyo Company Ltd., Japan, as they hold 40% shareholding. Their constant guidance especially in the angle of quality assurance and GMP [Good Manufacturing Practices], made us a high profile manufacturing and marketing company in India. With the experience that we have gained in building up our image over the last 30 years, we manufacture quality ethical products complying the standards of WHO [World Health Organization] for GMP .
